There are currently 5 active retail sportsbooks in the state of Pennsylvania with 4 of the 5 working with Kambi’s betting software.
If you are new to this discussion, all this means is the following PA Sportsbooks will have the same betting odds available:
The only current active sportsbook not using Kambi is the Hollywood Casino Sportsbook by Harrisburg, PA. They have partnered with William Hill, US.
However, there are currently no mobile betting apps in PA that allow to check betting lines or place bets. But there may be a short-term solution to that, at least until online betting is live in Pennsylvania
With Parx and Kambi working together, they formed a “live betting slip feature” which can be accessed anywhere online or via mobile device. Further, you can create a virtual betting ticket that can be scanned at the Parx Sportsbook for an easy betting experience.
Again, it’s not the convenience of actually just betting online, but at least there are additional services available other than having to travel to the facility to see the odds in person. Another quick way to see live betting odds from Kambi, would be to download the betting apps for current NJ Sportsbooks like Sugarhouse and DraftKings.
2 More PA Sportsbooks About To Launch
With the Parx Casino sportsbook now live, Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment have quickly turned their attention to opening the South Philadelphia Turf Club. Kambi’s betting software will also power the betting lines at this location as well.
The South Philadelphia Turf Club is within short walking distance of Citizens Bank Park (Phillies) and Lincoln Financial Field (Eagles) in South Philadelphia.
The Wells Fargo Center which is the home of the 76ers, Flyers and roughly 6-8 Villanova basketball games, is within 1 mile of the Turf Club.
The Turf Club will go through it’s PA Sports Betting testing period next week, with an anticipated full launch for the NFC/AFC Championship games.
Valley Forge Casino Sportsbook powered by FanDuel is also expected to go through their 48 hour testing period sometime in the next 7-10 days.
