Currently, and this will change very soon, SugarHouse only has four deposit options available for PA sports bettors:
1. Credit or debit card

Normally the easiest deposit options are Paypal and e-check. Obviously those options are not available yet. At this time, your best bet is the prepaid SugarHouse Card.
SugarHouse PA Android App
Yes, the SugarHouse PA Sportsbook is 100% available for download on Android platform phones. No, it can not be found in the Google Play Store. Simply visit https://PA.PlaySugarHouse.com and click the Android App download link.
Apple iOS Problems
2 weeks ago I reported on Linkedin that SugarHouse was having some trouble getting the PA version of its app. Hence, this was possibly a larger issue that we delaying the overall launch of PA online sports betting. Google Play already blocks sports gambling apps, so all legal online casinos and sportsbooks are available as a direct download on Android.
Even the most basic use of mobile web on iOS is not an option, because SugarHouse must be able to check your location. On desktop, this is accomplished by forcing you to download geo-location software. You will receive the following message when you try to access the SugarHouse PA sportsbook on iOS:

Next PA Sportsbooks To Launch?
I anticipate Rivers Online Sportsbook to quickly follow SugarHouse, possibly next week with their PGCB testing time period.
Parx Sportsbook has publicly stated June as their new target date for launch, so expect the Philly based casino to follow Rivers. FanDuel Sportsbook PA has been very quite since launching their retail sportsbook earlier this year at Valley Forge Casino & Resort. Rumors strongly point to the FanDuel PA online sportsbook going live sometime in June.
With the launch of online sports betting, sports betting revenue will grow dramatically in Pennsylvania. Per New Jersey online sportsbooks, 80% of the sports betting handle comes from online/mobile devices.
